Transformational Outcome

1. The Individual: 

Becoming resilient, committed to change, self-determined, self-empowered, knowing who they are and what they are capable for, and what they contribute to society. Knowing how to balance their life, practicing self-care, knowing his/hers limitations, and exercising appropriate boundaries.


2. Evaluating Relationships:

Using what they have learned to enhance personal relationships; family, partner, husband, health services, church, employment, and peers.


3. Acceptance:

Learning how to accept attitude, personality, weaknesses, strengths, ideologies of culture, others perspective, and conducting self-introspection when necessary.


4. Changes:

Learning how to effectively relate, react, and deal with challenges, crisis, partner, husband, friends, family, neighbors, and legal or social systems.


5. Changes & Outcomes:

 What will be achieved is an overall personal transformation and Growth in all areas.
