Prior to starting my coaching journey, I struggled with managing boundaries in relationships, especially with my family and in my personal relationship. I worked with Claribel for 4 months. During this time, I was also struggling in my current work position and needed guidance in changing careers. Working with Claribel, I learned about my strengths, interest, values, career interests and how they aligned within all these areas of my life. I was able to explore different career options that I was gearing towards too and as a result I went back to the university to finish my teaching degree. To make a long story short, it’s been now 2 years since I finished my coaching journey. I am happy to report that I have met all of my goals that I originally committed to working on. Soon after finishing my bachelor’s, I started working as a Substitute Teacher at an elementary school. I am now working towards my master’s in education to obtain my teaching credentials to teach at the High School level. I am proud to say that my relationship with my family has improved and I left my prior relationship. I am currently now just working on myself and my future. I highly recommend Claribel as a coach.

I had never used a Life Coach before and didn't know what to expect. Claribel explained how the partnership would work and was thorough with her notes and follow up information. Before I started, I thought I needed to focus on certain areas to work on, but quickly she helped me discover some other aspects of my life that on the surface seemed to be going well, but actually needed the most immediate attention. I appreciate her professionalism and encouragement.

Claribel coached me while she was completing her coaching certification as part of her certification requirements for about close to 5 months. During these 5 months, we worked on career change, relationship and educational goals. During the last session we reviewed all my goals from the start-up of the coaching, and I was able to see how much progress I was able to accomplish during these 5 months. I was promoted to a leadership position, I learned how to set boundaries in my relationship, and moved out of my old apartment. Lastly, I signed up to a university to finish my degree. I became more empowered to make decisions in my life that promote growth and build my self-esteem. I am grateful to have been coached by Claribel.
